About Tanya Owens

Hi, I’m Tanya Owens, founder of the Design Dream Decide Method—a modern real estate approach focusing on strategy, vision, communication, and client-centered service. With a lifelong background in entrepreneurship, business ownership, wellness coaching, and delivering luxury client experiences, I bring a unique perspective to both residential and commercial real estate across Southwest Florida. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I was early immersed in branding, customer relationships, negotiation, and business operations through my family’s successful sign company. I further gained firsthand experience from my husband’s established catering business and my ongoing ownership of a salon in Colorado.


What distinguishes me as a real estate professional is my capacity to truly listen and understand goals that transcend the mere transaction. Utilizing the Design Dream Decide Method, I assist clients in navigating a more intentional and stress-free real estate process.
