Hi, I’m Tanya Owens, founder of the Design Dream Decide Method— a modern real estate approach built around strategy, vision, communication, and client-centered service. With a lifelong background in entrepreneurship, business ownership, wellness coaching, and luxury client experiences, I bring a unique perspective to both residential and commercial real estate throughout Southwest Florida. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I was immersed early in branding, customer relationships, negotiation, and business operations through my family’s successful sign company. I also gained firsthand experience through my husband’s longtime catering business and my continued ownership of a salon in Colorado.

What sets me apart as a real estate professional is my ability to truly listen and understand goals that go beyond the transaction.
